Why This Happens
The integration relies on retrieving user data from AWS IAM Identity Center.
If no users are configured, there’s nothing for the platform to access—causing the connection to fail.
What You Need to Do
1. Sign in to the AWS Management Console
2. Navigate to IAM Identity Center
3. In the left menu, click “Users”
4. Check whether any users are listed
Next Step
If no users are listed, create at least one user in IAM Identity Center.
Once that’s done, return to the platform and reconnect the integration.
