Why This Happens
Scytale now supports collecting users at both organization and project levels.
To access full user data, your GCP IAM permissions need to be updated.
What You Need to Do
Update your service account permissions:
1. Go to the GCP Console
2. Navigate to IAM & Admin > IAM at the organization level
3. Find the service account used during Scytale setup
4. Assign the Security Reviewer role
