Why This Happens
The Notion integration may fail if you haven’t used the Notion 'Report a Bug' template. The integration will not work if another template is used.
What You Need to Do
1. Go to Notion
2. Import the Report a Bug Template into your workspace and use it as the location for your support tickets.
3. Go back to Scytale
4. Redo the integration setup from the beginning and be sure to select the new page during the process. Use our user guide for step-by-step instructions
