Welcome to the final step of your onboarding journey!
The Control Center is your main hub for managing all monitoring tasks across your compliance programs. Here, you can easily prioritize your work, set due dates, and get automatic reminders - helping you stay on top of audit requirements without the stress.
How It’s Organized
The Control Center groups your monitoring items into five tabs to help you focus where it matters most:
Attention Needed: Monitoring that requires immediate review due to issues with automatic evidence or overdue items.
Upcoming: Monitoring with evidence due in the next two months — time to start preparing.
Not Started: Monitoring that doesn’t yet have evidence and isn’t urgent — no immediate action required.
Healthy: Monitoring where evidence has been successfully added and is ready for audit.
All: A comprehensive view of all monitoring, regardless of status.
Understanding Due Dates
Each monitoring item has a due date based on your audit period. Here's what different statuses mean:

Stay Ahead with Due Dates and Reminders
Tasks in the Control Center are scheduled around your audit timelines and customizable to fit your needs.
You can set due dates based on specific frequencies, like quarterly, annually, or custom intervals, to align with recurring requirements such as User Access Reviews.
You'll also get automated reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.
