How to Connect Scytale and Freshdesk

1. In Scytale, go to 'Integrations'.

2. Search for Freshdesk and select 'Connect'.

3. Paste your API key

4. Add a connection name - this will be used to differentiate between your connections - and then select 'Connect'.

You have now successfully connected to Freshdesk!

How To Create API key In Freshdesk

  1. Log in to your Support Portal.

  2. Click on your profile picture on the top right corner of your portal.

  3. Go to Profile Settings page.

  4. Your API key will be available below the change password section to your right.
