How to Connect Scytale and Freshservice
1. In Scytale, go to 'Integrations'.
2. Search for Freshservice and select 'Connect'.
3. Paste your API key.
4. Add a connection name - this will be used to differentiate between your connections - and then select 'Connect'.
You have now successfully connected to Freshservice!
How To Create API key In Freshservice
The user must have Admin privileges for full API access.
Log in to Freshservice at
https://{subdomain}.freshservice.com
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner
Go to Profile Settings
Your API key is displayed under "Your API Key" section
Copy the API key
